Editing or Deleting a Recognition Post

Can I edit a post?

Yes, you can edit the text of your recognition post you have created.

To edit a post:

  1. Go to the post you wish to edit.
  2. Click the three dots in the top right.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Make your changes and click Update.

Once updated, the changes will reflect on:

  • Your Sent history
  • The Timeline
  • The Timeline of the recognised colleague(s)

Note: You cannot add more colleagues to a post once it has been published.


Can I delete a post?

Yes, you can delete a recognition post at any time.

To delete a post:

  1. Go to the post you wish to edit.
  2. Click the three dots in the top right.
  3. Select Delete.

This will remove the post from:

  • Your Sent history
  • The Timeline
  • The Timeline of the recognised colleague(s)

Important: A notification will already have been sent to both the recipient and their line manager.

Tip: If it's a minor issue (e.g. spelling mistake or incorrect selection), consider editing the post instead of deleting it.
